We have been a support partner of Micro Focus (formerly HP and later HPE) since 2000 and have earned the highest partner status Platinum during this time. We provide 1st level tool support on behalf of Micro Focus for the software used by our customers and supplement this with profi.com's own, more advanced support services.

As the only Platinum Software Support Partner of Micro Focus in Germany, we are recognised experts in the areas of Application Delivery Management (ADM), IT-Operation Management (ITOM) and Application Security.

We have also been awarded Micro Focus' "SVI Partner of the Year" in the EMEA region in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018 for our solution-oriented customer support. From our profi.com Basic Support you can expect customer-oriented 1st level software support for your Micro Focus products.

You receive all the services of Micro Focus Business Support and additional benefits such as German-speaking support and individual update recommendations from profi.com AG. We support you with questions and challenges regarding functionality as well as application possibilities in connection with your Micro Focus Software Tools (formerly HPE Software Tools).

ENTERPRISE SUPPORT

In addition to profi.com Basic Support, we offer you our profi.com Enterprise Support with an extended service portfolio.

Through the services included therein, we offer you continuous and even more individual support. Benefit from our German-language knowledge database, first-class deep-dive demos, advice on optimising your Micro Focus tools and support with customising and scripting tasks.

ON DEMAND SUPPORT

With our on-demand support, you secure your personal on-demand quota for the future and only claim our support when you need it.

For example, we support you with minor software development work for missing interfaces or reporting functions, take over the migration for you remotely in the case of product upgrades or support you in moving the software tools used to your private cloud.
